Food For Life - Balancing Act

Food for lifeYour body needs food every 2 to 3 hours to burn fat. It is important that your food intake includes protein, good fats and a little bit of carbohydrates to aid fat burning. Combine with moderate exercise, simply walking for 30mn is perfect.

We are not going to recommend “going on a diet”.  We recommend a change in diet. Remember, this is not just about losing weight, it’s about becoming healthier.
 Remember it is vitally important to eat a balanced healthy energy controlled diet when using Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee, as healthy eating enables sustained weight loss. You may continue to drink other hot and cold drinks, although you may find that your thirst will be satisfied just by drinking water alone. It is important to balance protein, fat and carbohydrates at every meal.

Carbohydrates that come directly from plant sources such as fruits, vegetables, beans and legumes are preferable to manmade carbohydrates, such as bread and pasta. Fats from natural sources including animal fats, eggs, avocadoes, fish, nuts and seeds are also healthy.

Remember starving yourself, or eating like a rabbit is not a good plan and not recommended. Eating regular meals is a critical and important part of a healthy lifestyle and weight loss programme.

Enjoy Your Food - Slow Down

Eating too fast also results in more fat storage. Slow down. Take time to enjoy the flavours of the nutritious food in front of you and the company of your friends, children and family around you too. We do not recommend crash dieting as we believe in a holistic approach to weight loss whilst using Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee - and ideally eating a healthy energy controlled diet, combined with regular exercise.

Weigh and Measure Yourself

Measure youselfWeigh yourself just before you start taking the Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee programme. Perhaps in the morning after first going to the bathroom - most importantly, weigh yourself the same time every day. Also use a tape measure to measure your bust, waist, stomach, buttock and thigh area around each leg.

For the first week, when you first start drinking Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee, weigh yourself once on the first day, and then track your weight loss from there every few days by scale and tape measure. After the first week, track your weight at the same time every day, so that you measure the results.

Measure your vital areas such as bust, waist, buttocks and thighs.


Making A Healthy Breakfast

Healthy breakfastYou will need to have your first cup of Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee before breakfast and before 9am.  It’s so very important to start eating breakfast every morning. Make it as healthy as possible, but please don’t skip it.  Your body needs the energy that food provides to sustain a healthy weight loss programme.  You will feel better and perform better at whatever you do. Eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day.

When you skip breakfast, you are likely to become tired when your brain and body run low on fuel.

Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for losing weight, but not one we recommend. Many people believe that they will lose weight if they skip meals, but that just isn't true; the body expects to be refueled a few times each day, starting with breakfast.
Actually, eating breakfast is good for weight loss. In fact, people who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight.

Healthy breakfastA healthy breakfast should contain some protein and some fibre. Protein can come from low fat meats, eggs, beans or dairy. Fibre can be found in whole grains, vegetables and fruits. A good example of a healthy breakfast might be something simple like a hard boiled egg, an orange, and a bowl of whole grain cereal with low fat milk.
Stay away from the sugary cereals, syrups, pastries, and white breads because they are digested quickly and will leave you hungry and tired in a couple of hours. Protein and fibre satisfy your hunger and will keep you feeling full until lunch time.
If you really don't like to eat breakfast, you can split it up into two smaller meals. Eat a hard boiled egg at home, and an hour or two later, take a break from work and snack on an apple and a handful of healthy nuts like pecans or walnuts. See the GI and Meal Plan for more information.

Hydrating Yourself - Water is the best solution
Whilst you are using Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee in your journey toward fat loss, it is highly recommended to become habitual about drinking up to 3 litres of water every day.

By not drinking this recommended amount you may become constipated – so drink up to loosen up!

Sleep Well

Sleep as it turns out is one key activity that we need to take seriously.

Less than 6 hours sleep is not enough for our bodies to be in tip top shape.  So build ‘more sleep’ into your plan, as this will have a significant effect on your weight loss journey when you start using Coffee Shape Slimming Green Coffee.
